主要围绕化工过程安全、系统工程和结晶等方向开展研究工作，具体包括：反应热行为辨识及反应热失控机理探索；本质安全操作机制探索；化工过程风险评估；系统优化设计；结晶过程优化与安全控制。主持国家自然科学基金项目1项，相关成果发表于Chemical Engineering Journal、Industrial & Engineering Chemistry Research、Computers & Chemical Engineering等专业领域知名期刊。2020年聘任电竞投注平台排名“元光学者”启航岗，2021年获电竞投注平台排名第二届“课程思政”大赛优秀奖。
